22 hangars ranging from 60 m² to 1,570 m² are available for rent across the site, each offered under a long-term lease agreement and divided into several zones according to activity (maintenance, low-carbon aviation, innovation, etc.) :
Each occupant is responsible for bringing the building up to standard (structure, electricity, asbestos, accessibility) based on diagnostics already carried out.
The hangars have direct access to the airfield runways.
The airfield has two runways :
- One paved, 800 m long x 20 m wide
- One unpaved, 774 m long x 80 m wide.
- One taxiway
- One refueling station: 100 LL and UL91
- One aircraft parking area: 10,770 m² of aircraft parking and 6,400 m² of glider parking.
Three activity zones structure the site, meeting the needs of various sectors: air leisure, training, economic activities (maintenance, drones, low-carbon aviation, prototyping, etc.), and technological innovation.
Opportunity for support and innovation:
The development project adopted in 2024 promotes carbon-free aeronautics, technological innovation, activities related to drones and sustainable mobility, and the creation of local jobs.
Calls for expressions of interest allow companies to benefit from temporary occupancy permits and to join a region that is strongly supported by the Montesquieu Community of Communes: Applications are open until January 30, 2026.
The aerodrome is part of an ecological transition approach, which promotes low-carbon and innovative projects, offering competitive advantages and a positive image to businesses.
